      Marketing is good in IBM

      Cons

      They tell fake bill rates to C2C people to attract them to their W2's specially people working with IBM tools. Consultants think there employer lied about the bill rate but as a vendor these tell tell fake rates to the consultant just to create ripple between them.

      Pros

      Good place to time pass with girls and boys under trees and bushes(Miracle city). Good sea view Extend break timings as much you can.NO HR or NO Mangers bothers for you.

      Cons

      At the time of on boarding you have to submit the original certificates to the management need to under sign the bond for 2.10 years.after completion of your bond period if your interested to resign, HR Team will not accept s your resignation. they will drag you to 90 days then they will asks you to pay 3,00,000/- through cash. No receipt for this cash. after 30-45 days follow up then you will forward the relieving letter.

      In miracle Visakhapatnam very bad cafeteria maintenance . we found insects and rats in food. No HR will bother the employee concerns. unauthorized canteen, no food and safety licence. Quality is damn worst quantity is very less but very expensive. No HR will question for the raise in prices.

      Cons

      HR VP and HR's Please provide basic drinking water and food at reasonable prices in canteen. call new vendors.give chance to Akaysha Patra to serve food on respective locations. Increase house keeping staff for hygiene washroom. few girls my colleagues suffering with infections. according to Govt. norms maintain washroom ratio.
