Pros

Flexible hours, ability to work by yourself OR with a team, good PTO (10 days) and very flexible with personal days: i.e. doctor appts, accidents, etc. Co-workers are friendly enough, good location

Cons

Culture is very much centered around the Indian work force. However, if you make it out to be worse than it actually is, you wont enjoy it. If you actually put some effort towards meeting people and what not, it's not so bad. Minimal Holidays off Better communication between Managers and recruiters The biggest thing is, Commission structure: 500USD per closure is much lower than most places offering 10% on closure or more.

Pros

Good exposure for learning of technology trends in the marketplace and cutting edge technologies inclusive of AI, Data Science ..etc

Cons

I had a brutally horrific experience working here Is this a staffing company, systems integrator or consulting firm?- The company’s scope of services are all over the place, spread in multiple areas . - Office politics are huge here, influencing a highly politicized environment to work in -Managers play favorites -Very high 1st year employee turnover, attrition rate - Although the company has a legal U.S. HQ, the majority (close to 85-90%) of business ops, R&D and development is entirely based in India while a US based outside sales team serve as the “Face” of the company - Large cultural disconnect between US and Indian team -The business culture is Indian centric -Remote US based outside sales teams and regional managers are supported by an Indian inside sales BDE team that has an extremely ridiculous , horrid and poor grasp of conversational English and basic dialogue. This makes everyday communication between US sales reps and the Indian team a total nightmare and makes it extraordinarily difficult to maintain positive corporate culture, motivation and company wide cross cultural engagement - to add insult to injury, the sales team’s approach is driven by team of jr. inside sales reps that manage and drive the entire sales process VS handing over the lead and letting the U. S sales teams drive the sales. U.S corporate sales prospects are bombarded by waves of unintelligible, difficult to understand cold calls from Indian jr reps *Look at the former negative reviews*

Pros

Good to learn new things in SOA/ EAI technologies. Good pay for lateral hires. Covers Health/ Dental/ Vision insurance. Overall Good to start in SOA.

Cons

Less growth scope in management ladder. No 401k support. Need to improve on sales to get more direct projects. Need to improve on HR.
