Pros
1. One can work here if they are not ok to move out of Visakhapatnam. 2. Salaries are good for experienced people only when the person is a billable resource. 3. Unskilled guys with fake experience, come here.. Our company will feed you with high salaries.
Cons
1. Zero employee benefits. Company Wil not give a penny without deducting it from your salary. 2. This company is 20 year old and doesn't have a coffee machine. Nothing is free here except water. 3. There is no proper security. We encounter dogs inside the building sometimes. 4. HRs here doesn't know their roles and responsibilities. Maximum of them does boot licking job. We do have some quality HRs, but they were never given a chance to get some new policies into implementation. 5. For freshers, this company will be like your second school. You will not even be treated as a student.. You will see the hell. Think twice before coming. 6. Both Employee share and Employer share in PF will be deducted from our salary only.. 7. Worst pay slip. 8. No extra payment for extended working hours. 9. Salary date is 10th. 10. My manager doesn't know the difference between 32 bit and 64 bit processors and he is a 8yrs experienced guy. Just imagine! There are people like this, please go verify and screen their talent.
