      Pros

      There is no freedom to any resource.They always try to deduct salaries by showing silly reasons and issues.They think for new change implementations like-- 1. How to deduct employee salary. 2, How to restrict employee needs. 3, How employee will work under our pressure.

      1. Nice Beach View, though HR will not allow you to view the scene. 2. Nice place to ruin your career. You will get 100% support from HR, PMO and management.

      There are no cons as such, each individual has to experience that torture after joining.

      Pros

      Only positive thing I can say is a fresher who doesn't have any importance in money can go there and learn new things by giving your 2 years of valuable time. CEO- Prasad sir is awesome his words will makes you motivated but he always give only words

      Cons

      There are so many Cons to let you know about miracle. 1. Worst manager- Where she will treat recruiters in different ways who will lick her foot. Allows one team lead & recruiter who are in relation to come to her cabin and discuss about their future plans in office times. 2. Worst Office environment- They don't know a word call hygiene. Once if you go to washroom definitely you will get some allergies. I never seen any one cleaning floor or cabins in 2 years of my employment. They turn on lift only when any clients will come to see the company. 3. Worst HR & Payroll- They will deduct lot of money with name of PF but doesn't shows in PF account. 4. Worst Cafeteria - Food quality is too bad charge more money where that food even dogs cant even eat.
