      The culture is wonderful and the in-office perks are cool. The company cares about its employees and goes above and beyond to create a positive work environment. Lots of room for advancement and growth within the company. Management is there for you every step of the way in coaching and helping you with anything you need. There is a lot of freedom and ways to show improvement and your skills.

      We can learn new technologies and improve our knowledge. Friendly environment among colleagues. Company will support if we go for higher studies. Good hostel facility peaceful environment.

      Cons

      If you want to achieve higher positions you need to know more techniques than work.Cafe food is ok, self-cooking is the best option.

      Working for more than 2 years in the organization have pleasant working atmosphere and things are changing now as we are seeing few new talented people working with excellent technical skills, we need more such aggressive people like new DBA practice manager. Motivational and Inspirational CEO.

      Cons

      Old political stack still existing in the organization they have to be refrained with new talented people, required more technical managers than the managers who does not know technically about their projects.
