Pros
Reliable schedule, easy enough to catch on yourself and teach yourself how to do it, and it helps you get outside the box and talk to people who are interested in working here.
Cons
The staff rejects any confrontation about issues, they don't work together or communicate with the other departments about tasks, almost no positive reinforcement from the VPs, job isn't taken very seriously by anyone.
