      Excellent training- great opportunity for a fresher Nice working environment Pressure less work Creative and hardworking employees are encouraged and they have been awarded and promoted to next level

      Sometimes even the average skilled employee also compensated more which is not healthy for the competitive environment.

      We can enjoy the work environment if you have a good technical skill set . We can prove our selves in all aspects with in short span of time . Jr Developers also can able to involve all phase of SDLC . I got the good support from CEO as well .CEO always encourages if you have good ideas/case studies irrespective of whether you are senior or junior employee .
