In comparison to other companies, miracle has less complex HR/Operational processes. Hence company give reasonable share to employees. Prior to Miracle, i had an experience with almost all major ITeS companies. What i observed is, miracle is the company which do the right justice with the candidate and his/her aspiration. - Competitive Package - Benefits/Insurance are good - High Visibility - Company/ HR takes good care of employees

- in some accounts there are resource mismanagement - To some extent, no systematic employee appraisal process
