The company is a good way to get your foot in the door into the software industry

Cons

After spending my time here, I would not recommend a position at Miracle to anyone. Management gave confused direction, no support for any sales opportunities, technical team, did not understand the technology they stated they knew. Recent college grads from miracle city college in India, were often described as senior level technical consultants.

There is a culture of pitting employees against each other. The company is run by an absentee owner that is in Europe while his retain locations are in Dallas.

Travel was nice. Coworkers were nice.

Cons

Training was a joke, Commission you had to fight to get. No matter how big your sale it was never enough. Supervisors take credit for your work. The cultural difference was a problem because if you don't speak the language then you feel like you are always missing something. If you are not family you are expendable. Family first in this company ! !
