This is the best place to start your career when you are on OPT, you cannot grow here in terms of salary hikes or promotions

Cons

The work culture here is worse than in elementary school, Janitors have more skills than VPs here, and one of the VPs here in Atlanta thinks that he is an Elon Musk. There will be no work-life balance, keep this in mind

1) None i can think off, every move they make is to keep you chained to the company.

Cons

1) Its a family owned company, 2) Zero respect to employees (Padma manuballa is the worst person in the company, she literally yells at employees and treats them like slaves.) 3) Everything they promise is fake, 4) Lots of drama during the Hike discussions and benefits. 5) They will make you sign a contract and you will end up paying money when you break it. Is bond really legal in U.S ? 6) No 401K 7) No Health Insurance (you have to pay from your pocket).
