      good for those who are not technically sound and have nothing to do with what kind of treatment they get.

      very bad company to work for, no work culture, the management is rude, and no proper dashboard to track leaves.

      The H1b team is good and few in management are good at responding and solving issues quickly.

      Cons

      Employment Agreement (Bond) for 2 years which they will make you sign during joining which is not good just to hold the employee. During exit, you have to return whatever they gave you and even sign on after a year. There is no sort of appreciation given to employees by the upper hierarchical management even after doing in-house projects or tasks and also working for clients.
