No minimum pay scale or proper salary structure, 3-year bond with ₹2L penalty for early exit, Company rules frequently change based on management convenience, No hybrid or remote work options, even during emergencies, Employees on bench or notice period are asked to take leaves, Lack of recognition for hard work or performance, No proper training for junior employees, Poor facilities – no transportation, canteen, or safety measures (especially for women leaving late), Unfair hike policy — hikes given only to employees currently in projects, Few projects available; employees removed due to “lack of utilization” even when it’s a management issue.
