      get paid if you are from a regional employee who can converse on a specific mother tongue. no need of any skills if you are from this region.

      Cons

      only employer where top to bottom think about cost saving even on printing a white sheet of paper. never join as a consultant unless you wanted to get kicked like a soccer ball moving across destination with weekly projects.

      Got paid to teach myself.

      Cons

      Rude to any non-indian worker. Family or Talent. Surprising if company doesn't go bankrupt soon. Losing customers and great employees. CEO is knowledgeable but blinded by family affairs.
