Pros

Decent pay and benefits. That's about it.

Cons

Employees are treated as if they are disposable. It doesn't matter what kind of experience you have, they will hire you to do what they want you to do with no regard of your individual skills. Indian employees and family members are able to do whatever they want, get generous raises, etc. while any non-Indian, non-family employee has to adhere to the policies strictly. General sense of discrimination throughout the company.

Been here for more than 7 Months Good Pay, Decent Perks, extremely intelligent people, every bit of help will be provided when in need. Great sense of freedom and that you are in control of what you're working on. Miracle does seem committed to developing people over the course of their careers

Cons

Not seen any politics or management issues my transition was smooth from my previous company where i worked for more than 6 yrs.

Pros

Reliable schedule, easy enough to catch on yourself and teach yourself how to do it, and it helps you get outside the box and talk to people who are interested in working here.

Cons

The staff rejects any confrontation about issues, they don't work together or communicate with the other departments about tasks, almost no positive reinforcement from the VPs, job isn't taken very seriously by anyone.
