Pros

Nothing to say. I didn't find anything over there.

Cons

Odd timings. Worst IT culture. Childish Mentality HR Managers Try to block employees with their worst IT rules. Each individual have different rules. They won't assist us in background verification. 6+ months notice period. More salary cuttings. No proper transportation.

Pros

Being a Former Employee need to Thank Miracle as the exposure gained through the Projects was awesome. Being limited resources in projects, I had much scope to gain knowledge, using past experience could able to meet current project requirements easy. Need to thank Prasad Sir for all his thoughts and for his motivation, I owe him.

Cons

Hard work need to be appreciated.
