Pros

Competent teams, working on site with client, supporting PMO. Challenging work. Good hours. Anual holiday party at a nice hotel. Great exposure & experience working directly with governemtn client (CORs, FA, PA, C&F branch chief, PM, etc.)

Cons

No pension. 401(k) match limited to $2K/year (only if you are still employed on 12/31). Only 2 weeks vacation for first 5 years (but 1 week/year of sick leave can be used like vacation, but is use it or lose it). Health insurance is CareFisrt BC/BS (good) but the cost is spretty high. Been here 18 months, haven't even gotten a 2% COLA that is bult in to our contract.

Very informative as what to expect with the job. Keeps you informed of what new changes occur with benefits package and other happenings with the company.

Cons

You never know with working on a contract job weather or not if you are going to have a job one day or the next.
