Pros

While my time with Miracle Systems was short, it was very positive. Everyone was very helpful and considerate, and I was sad to say goodbye.

Cons

I guess the only con is that I needed to fax my hardcopy timesheet over. That should be automated! The only other con is that the HR guy would get overwhelmed easily if you asked him for any help during payroll.

Miracle is a job shop not a real company

Pros

Miracle is one of many "job shops" in DC that bid on small contracts in order to receive overhead on Federal employees retained as contractors in their previous jobs. In my case they receive $189,000 and I am being paid $139,000. The other $50k they keep. For that, they provide very little.

Cons

It's very difficult to get attention to anything you need
