Great product, but no clear sales strategy or targets

Pros

Great product and prod dev. Base compensation was pretty good, and international travel is likely 1-2X a year.

Cons

Turnover is high and goals for Sales are often unachievable, and sales cycle length and strategy is often just 'seeing what sticks'. Management doesn't know what to change and C-level expects the product to 'sell itself.'
