Pros

Everyday, it's a pleasure to work with talented, passionate and helpful people. Everyone has the good energy to make projects go forward. The projects are very challenging regarding innovation, performance and scalability which is a plus. The freedom given to technical teams to do as the best possible is a very good asset. A lot of opportunities to evolve inside the company. The success of the company in sales, allow us to keep pushing and is very rewarding.

Cons

I won't say there isn't any cons but they are more and more addressed. All of inconveniences present years ago are gone now because the direction decided to take care of them, so it's nice.

Pros

- Mirakl values really sound a bell for me - flat and effective organization - high quality services which you can be proud to be a part of - mastered and modern technical stack - great involvements from all the teams - good salary - good flexibility

Cons

I am still rather new but i am still searching... Maybe the language requirement : more and more meetings are done only in english, starting with your onboarding ones. So depending on your english skills, it can be penalizing.

Cons

Taking public transports can be tough to get to the Paris office
