Pros
Mirakl is an exciting company with a truly innovative solution. The company has been expanding rapidly but thoughtfully, and has added some impressive logos in the last year. The startup feel is very energizing and there is a very collaborative culture at Mirakl. The executive management team is supportive and open to new ideas that will help the company succeed.
Cons
Mirakl has the typical growing pains of a smaller start-up company: lack of structure and processes, but nothing that is unexpected or insurmountable. Management has been prudent about spending investment capital, but should be more willing to spend money to invest in the right things e.g. employee comp and benefits, marketing, partnerships, etc.
