      -Ecommerce is a an exciting industry, especially in times of Covid. But the company's product is even better; helping companies launching their own marketplace. - It's not just a product that you sell, it's business transformation, which result in in-depth sales cycles. - Young company with a lot of talent from other great leading companies. - A lot of support from anywhere within the organisation. - Highly innovative and disruptive in changing industries and transforming business models. - Work with industry leading companies.

      Cons

      These are challenging times nowadays and with Covid organisations are differently organised than how they were. Therefore, onboarding is differently, but it was great organised with many useful tools and content. So far I haven't identified any negatives.

      Pros

      After applying online, it took only 2 weeks to proceed through the entire hiring process. People were very professional, and also took care to make me feel comfortable which was very much appreciated.
