Elder satisfaction is very high, team environment is consistently supportive and skilled, healthy and fun work culture, robust activities department, no mandatory overtime, appreciative and hands on leadership

Pros

Work outside in fresh air. Flexible hour schedule

Cons

low pay, repetitive unnecessary work, lack of communication, supervisor has a bad temper for absolutely no reason, have to do some pretty gross jobs, did I mention supervisor has a bad temper! Higher-ups have great salaries and quarterly bonuses but the little guys that make the place run don't even get cost of living increases. Very unfair.
