      Pros

      If you don't have to deal with anyone outside of the local site, then it would be a good place to work.

      Cons

      Corporate managers are the issue - theay bring polotics into everything. It's never about what's best for the employees or the company. It's all underhanded, what can I get get out it mentality. No one is on the same side, and no one is on the side of the employee. Also, don't expect your annual raise to even be 3%. They compnay would rather load the pockets of the big dogs instead of paying a fair hourly rate to those who actually do the work. This place will overwork you and underpay you at every opportunity.

      Outsourcing to overseas so products are cheaper. Overworked due to lack of resources in key departments

      Poor moral, lack luster pay, lack of management support
