Pros

Fantastic employees benefits, mostly fantastic co workers, did great during Covid, constantly growing, and mostly great management.

Cons

Some few bad apples like every job. But bright side management has done a great job of weeding them out. The old safety, service coordinator, and shipping person for the Atlanta product were just awful and amazing to be seen gone. Hopefully Atlanta department gets fixed next.

Positive environment. Place that you are treated with respect and you are part of the family. General Manager encourages, support, and really cares about the people. General Manager states that Safety is #1 and Quality #2 and stands to that. He will not comprise like other business that I have worked for. It just not talk because he walks it. Hard working people at all levels. From management to janitor. **In Covid times, company as whole did not cut pay nor did they let people go from work. Created a very safe environment to work in and took the virus as a real threat . Knew the people were valuable asset and they did not reduced pay or let people off to make a profit or more of a profit like other companies around in Oak Ridge or even our competitors. That I have respect for Tom Logan & Mike Freed because of their integrity and respect for the people and their families who works in Mirion.**

Cons

One of sister site does not want to work with other sites and wants to control on how Oak Ridge site should work. They are equal but they want to control.

Pros

Tons of growth opportunities as the site brings in new product lines and continues to rapidly expand. Friendly co-workers and a strong sense of camaraderie. Competent and driven management team, very good at letting you know what is expected of you and giving you the tools and freedom needed to succeed.

Cons

Non to speak of beyond the expected growing pains that come with an organization with such rapid growth and the changes in culture that requires.
