Good pension, death in service policy & health insurance

Cons

Disorganised, no forward thinking, no investment in equipment, product or staff. Steady decline in profits and staff morale. Absolutely no IT Support whatsoever.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Pension was quite good.

Cons

Very poor wage increases. Very little to no investment into future products or capital equipment. No respect for some staff. No space to progress through the company. No training to encouragement to improve or progress with work skills
