Lack of management and planning: - Nothing gets done unless it’s almost too late, panic and overtime hours before deadlines because no one makes plans or gives information. - Employees are blamed for unrelated problems, for example technical problems or someone being sick - Very low budget for appliances, broken tools don’t get replaced, computers are ancient - Old facilities with no maintenance: water damage, dust everywhere, loud noise level - Management doesn’t listen to employees (who often know their stuff) opinions or it takes forever to actually do something about them Overall very unprofessional environment for a high tech company!

Corporate lies, they insist the staff adhere to company values yet managers and above fail to practice what they preach. They say they want to improve the culture but this never happens. The amount of staff that are leaving is worrying, even the general manager of the facility has left. This leaves a worrying message that other bosses haven't bothered to explain. The CEO and deputies don't care about the workers.
