Really cool product - still use it today! Free lunch

Difficult to sell Enterprise plan - market deems it as a “nice to have” Personally, my manager was incompetent and did not adequately coach or upskill their reps. Just expected them to be amazing and self-sufficient. Leadership is lack luster and managers should be scrutinized on their attrition rates. Limited career advancement. Roles mostly were never backfilled and net team size stayed steady in ~2 years

High workload, people burning out left and right. Upper management changes direction all the time. Regular layoffs with help of companies like McKinsey.
