I started working at Misfits because I believe in the mission: eliminating food waste, helping Americans access affordable and high quality groceries. I am proud to be working here and also have great admiration for the CEO and company leadership which is unlike what I have seen anywhere else.

Cons

I am very happy here. The only thing I wish is that we could spend more time in person together.

Helping the Planet: We help stop food waste. Feels good to make a difference. Meet Cool People: Lots of different folks here. Makes work fun and interesting. Learn New Stuff: I've learned a lot about food and the business. Room to grow too. Good Pay and Benefits: They take care of us with good pay and some nice extras.

Cons

Busy Days: Sometimes it gets really busy. You need to be ready for some crazy days. Cold Environment: The storage can be chilly, so you gotta dress warm.
