      4 day work week and free food

      Cons

      Unpredictable hours, a lot of lifting heavy boxes. They say the food boxes are 50lbs or under but that’s not true. Before you deliver your first box you’ve already lifted 200-300 boxes just from loading the trucks every morning. A lot of the deliveries are in buildings with no elevator so you’re often hauling boxes on your back up flights of steps.

      You get paid on time.

      Cons

      No raise after a terrible year of increased work load and difficult changes, worsening conditions, decreased benefits/time off accruals, toxic work environment, favoritism, terrible customers, and even worse upper management.
