Information silos everywhere - HR department is a joke - could not finalize holiday calendar for 4 months and gives notice about holidays with days before the date - Leadership creates top down constant and often false sense of urgency. Everything needs to be done on some arbitrary deadline, which no one has any input on / knows how it's established - Massive amount of tech debt and more mounting up constantly - Very shortsighted decisions from leadership that only care about cutting costs, no vision for the future or how the cost cutting will affect the company in the long run - Imperfect Foods acquisition handled in the most awful way; real talent let go with no input from managers - Mission tagline gets thrown around with absolutely no actions to back it up - The CEO admitted that cost cutting is the number one priority and gives absolutely no thought to retaining talent
