The people here are great and are actively working to make the world a better place by improving our food system. The remote work and flexibility here is great for maintaining a good work/life balance.

Cons

There have been quite a few rounds of layoffs in the past few years which are always scary and tough for morale.

At the time CS was remote across the US. Worked with a diverse group of people.

Cons

The only way to get ahead is to do everything the CEO or upper management tells you, even on a whim, even when you know it’ll fail… you have a slightly better chance if you’re male.
