-Extremely anti-union behavior -Retaliation towards unionized region -Neglects employee concerns -Toxic work environment -No repercussions for poor performance which leads to good employees suffering because of it -No regard for personal needs -Hardly any managerial oversight with manager only showing up to warehouse once or twice a week -No onsite HR to address concerns of employees -Dilapidated warehouse falling into diserpair -Violates union contract regularly -Changes operational procedures on a weekly basis -Constant supply chain issues with line-haul drivers resulting in hour long waits for pallets to arrive -Hours depleting due to customers dropping like flies -Poor communication with dispatchers who are frequently rude and abusive -No recognition for hard work and no upward mobility -No work perks outside of weekly box Need I say more?
