Thank you for this feedback. We understand how challenging a lack of documentation might be, especially as our teams continue to grow! We work hard to ensure our entire Knowledge Base is current, but there's always room for improvement. As always, our P&C team is very open to suggestions on how we could be more efficient and supportive of our people, so please feel free to come and discuss with us directly. We're so glad you're here at Mission!

Pros

I truly love working for Mission and over my course of time here I come to enjoy it more daily. It’s truly elastic and they pivot where the market needs them and they focus on becoming experts in that area. The fully remote work, work from home monthly stipend, unlimited pto (and you can actually use it) and great health care benefits keeps the best employees around. There are no egos here and I am able to reach out to any resources and feel comfortable doing so. The ability to work with the latest industry tech stacks and implement these in existing and green field projects is quite enjoyable.

Cons

With how fast they pivot and are growing your workload can become quite high, not unmanageable, but at times over bearing. Some of our tools are also a bit unable to scale with the growth. With how fast our growth is occurring and how well our teams manage this our KPIs keep getting pushed higher making them feel out of grasp. I understand wanting to keep pushing the bar but this is added pressure.
