Pros

Mission is a rapidly growing company making it feel at times like a fun start-up. This also means that it's a fast-paced work environment, where you will get to work on interesting projects with a strong and diverse team.

Cons

- Fast-paced environment, may not be for everyone - Rapid growth company, meaning there is a lot of work to be done. The number of projects being worked on at any given time can teeter on the edge of chaos.

Pros

Customer focused obsession and collaborative peer mentorships are first items that come to mind. I've also been incredibly impressed with the focus on core values and focus on diversity. The leadership team at Mission stands behind the values, and you see it in every interaction.

Cons

With a rapid growth company comes exciting challenges that should be expected. This may be more of a pro than a con!
