Pros

Mission has been a great place work. The company is very metrics driven and operates under the premise of "you can't fix what you can't measure." Everyone in the organization is empowered to bring forward change when something isn't going well. Looking at our weekly scorecard, we can (and do) adapt on a dime when there may be challenges in front of us.

Cons

Since COVID started, we've made the decision to go fully remote permanently. And while that definitely has its perks, I miss getting to tap my colleagues on the shoulder or grab lunch with them.

We miss seeing everyone in person too! Zoom is great but grabbing a coffee or lunch with my coworkers was always the highlight of my day :) Let me know if you want to grab a virtual coffee!

Pros

- Fantastic leadership who is compassionate and transparent - Incredible career growth, you can easily move across departmentally if you want to grow - Insanely good benefits, with every increasing list of services provided. Team has gotten a Covid stipend monthly for supplemental help to making your home office better. - Very diverse team, actively working to be more diverse every day. The Executive team has committed to increasing the diversity of its board. - The kindest and nicest people I have ever had the great blessing to work with. - Being able to love your work, love your team, and all from the comfort of my own home - we are now fully remote team going forward!

Cons

Literally none. I feel so lucky to have found this company. I wasted so much career time not working here.

Bad work-life balance All levels of management are living in a fairytale world where no problems exist - it is frowned upon to speak about real problems - like how bad delivery was run Managers are passive-aggressive Lot's of toxic people that will stab you in the back the first chance they get
