Wasted Potential

Pros

The peers I had were very smart and very hard working. Haven't worked with a better group of people.

Cons

The company has very little interest in succeeding beyond making their next immediate dollar. Every decision is riddle with confusion and conflicting messages. The SLT could not care less about it's employees and will no doubt fail.

Optimistic, but growing pains

Pros

Great team of people Direct management is amazing, supportive Remote work with little micromanaging

Cons

Unfortunately, a key role(s) in P and C doesn't align with Mission's core values and operates in an icy demeanor - Often sending very important announcements/changes via Slack and not looping in any management teams prior. Pay/Compensation has been a huge pain point for those of us living paycheck to paycheck and having inflation take a hit on our living expenses, while not seeing any merit increases, or deserved (and promised) promotions for close to 2 years now. When the planned roadmap shifted late last year, this should have been #1 on the list to correct in early Q1.
