Corporate has ruined the pt focus and made it all about checking the boxes to get Medicare and insurance dollars. Staff is treated as if they are disposable

Mission is consistently evaluating and improving our benefits and programs to support our team members, who themselves voted us a "Great Place to Work and Practice." Best job I ever had. Great pay and benefits. Dragon voice recognition technology put our department out of business in January 2014.

Cons

None. I rapidly advanced several times at the beginning of my career, much to the dismay of my colleagues who had far greater experience than I did. However my skills and abilities were above what my colleagues had.
