Pros

Great co-workers, good and challenging projects, and decent pay. Felt I was a valued member of a team. Lofty goals from the executives.

Cons

Disorganized from the top. Not enough time and too many meetings to meet work requirements. Major decisions and purchases seem rushed. People are pretty frantic.

Pros

This is a great place for a new nurse to learn, you get some of the best training from skilled nurses. They use computers for all documentation and that is a wonderful resource because a lot of facilities have not started this.

Cons

The residents you never know what to expect. They are going to always keep you on your toes. The job is always something new each day.
