Pros

Great team on my floor - fantastic charge nurses and manager. Decent pay (low for state average, but enough for me), benefits, etc. But really the people made it great.

Cons

Again, pay not so great, but good shift diff for nights.

Pros

It's a good place to work, you always get nurses that are not very good but for the most part everyone tries to help each other.

Cons

It's a tough job being a CNA, a lot of manual labor with lesser pay. The company doesn't seem to care much about their employees.

Pros

Western Carlolina isa beautiful place to live

Cons

Overbearing upper and middle management who are out of touch with the trenches. Pushing VERY hard to see the maximum number of patients in primary care. No balance for work/family life. Very uncomfortable setting and worsening quickly!! Ironically, Very greedy place to work for a not for profit
