      Need to Miss Work for ANY reason? Mission Healthcare in Marion, NC Punishes Employees With Ridiculous "Points System"

      Coworkers are nice. Management is severe though with fear-based points system.

      Cons

      If you miss work for ANY reason at ALL, you will be punished with receiving "points" on your record. 8 points are you are out of there. Fired. Punished. No matter the reason. You could be in the hospital bleeding to death yourself and be punished with receiving point(s) against you on your record.
