Supervisor's /management are the worst

This department has extreme high turnover due to poor supervisor and manager. Supervisors will pick who they "like" and other staff suffer due to this. They will pick team leads not based on merit, but because you are favored. I have seen this happen time and time again! You may have background experience in managing a department but it is overlooked for someone who has less than 3 years experience in the field with zero leadership skills, and not to mention is in some type of corrective action. These are the type of employees that they choose for leadership roles! We do self scheduling, but the same employees schedules are always moved. They also have certain people who were allowed to keep a SET schedule that you also have to work around. I have literally seen them allow an employee to train, who has not even completed their 90 days orientation only because this individual could " blow smoke up your butt". This person was chosen to train over individuals who has years experience. They also make it mandatory you pick an on call day, Supervisors are exempt from this even though they are not salary employees. It would be an excellent department, the job is not bad, it's the consistent favoritism why people will not stay.
