      If you are an older employee, watch out! They will try their hardest to get you to leave or find a trivial reason to fire you. Experience means nothing!

      Aggressive interim DON, very matriarch run . Most nursing managers have had to step down. Management, HR do not stand up for employees. The transition is unfriendly, unprofessional and not monitored by larger Mission .
