      Pros

      Wonderful care plans in place to provide evidence based practice in CCU. Staff driven teams to make changes on unit. Great teamwork! Enough staff provided to give expected care to pts. Supported by management. Love my CCU family.

      Cons

      My previous employer we had 3 pts (critical), no CNA's, and no support. Unable to provide even basic care needs most of the time. Working at Mission is a breath of fresh air in comparison. I leave work feeling like my patients got the best care, and I was provided the support I needed to make that happen.

      Cutting edge care, very good nurse to put ratios

      Cons

      This is a very busy health system, not much down time, but good if you are someone who likes to be busy and wants to feel your time at work is worthwhile

      The job was fun and you get to meet a lot of different type and if I could do it I would all over again

      Cons

      But the job is part time doesn't have much hours because of too much staff
