      Great patients in this area of North Carolina

      Cons

      Horrible place to work. Management is a mess ever since HCA took over. Very unstable environment. Unclear policies. Don’t let you use your PTO and they will NOT pay out your PTO if you haven’t been here for a year. During the time I was here over half of the practice quit and moved to different jobs outside of HCA. All they care about it making money and have no interest in helping the patients.

      Benefits. Phlebotomy supervisor is amazing, she is the only reason i stay.

      Short staffing, different departments no longer work together.
