Pros

I have been given excellent health benefits for minimal out of pocket. Opportunities to work at home full time. Plenty of opportunities to help others. Decent pay. My management team is wonderful and easily approachable. I feel valued and cared about!

Cons

There are always a few (anywhere you work) that will try to bring down others. Thankfully the majority really are great!

Although we appreciate employee referrals, this is not the way an employee is hired. There is a multi-faceted screening process, and candidates are hired based on their merit and their experience matching the needs of the job. Pros

- Really dedicated to being a Great Place To Work And Practice. - Really dedicated to helping patients. - Pretty decent job security. Some departments have fewer opportunities for advancement, but it's fairly easy to transfer. - Generally as good an office culture as you can get (at least in the CBO) when you have a bunch of middle-aged southern women all in one building.

Cons

- Could be more diverse. Management could work on being more aware of religious diversity. - Pay's acceptable, but not great, especially for such an expensive city. - Management is kind of a lottery. Some managers are great, some are really hands off with their teams and only care if the work gets done (eventually), and some crack under the strain of the various mergers and audits and somehow turn their departments into stress-filled nightmares.
