Great salary, excellent benefits, generous paid time off, community perks, wonderful professional development program. Mission has large focus on making it a great place to work and practice

Cons

Very political, inability to advance outside of own department, pressure to give to Mission and United Way programs, parking, many limitations in the workplace due to gap mitigation.

I get to work with great patients who remind me why I do what I do, Such a friendly staff

There doesn't seem to be room for me to move up. I don't get full time with my patients which is hard for me to help them fully to my ability
