      Pros

      Wonderful care plans in place to provide evidence based practice in CCU. Staff driven teams to make changes on unit. Great teamwork! Enough staff provided to give expected care to pts. Supported by management. Love my CCU family.

      Cons

      My previous employer we had 3 pts (critical), no CNA's, and no support. Unable to provide even basic care needs most of the time. Working at Mission is a breath of fresh air in comparison. I leave work feeling like my patients got the best care, and I was provided the support I needed to make that happen.

      Cons

      Aggressive interim DON, very matriarch run . Most nursing managers have had to step down. Management, HR do not stand up for employees. The transition is unfriendly, unprofessional and not monitored by larger Mission .

      A family oriented setup. Worked with assistance. Had a welcoming atmosphere. Worked with a desire to meet resident needs

      Was a dysfunctional family. Too many positions of authority, lacking required respect.Had no regard for staff needs.
