      Pros

      There is great energy at Mission Lane! Everyone wants to be a part of building something great and there is a lot of great teamwork. Our employees provide incredible customer service and really care about the cardholders. The culture is unique and we work hard, but we also have a lot of fun.

      Nothing for now that I have come across.

      Has a positive and development-oriented culture, generous benefits, a collaborative environment, and is very mission-driven. This is a great place to work where growth mindset and elevating feedback is emphasized. If you are willing to put in the hours and work as a team, it's a great place for your career.

      - Really enjoyable and fun people to work with - The company has a mission and all levels of the company work to uphold that mission - Large market opportunity and a proven product-market fit - Good work-life balance and lots of flexibility to fit your working style

      Cons

      - Typical growing pains for a startup. It's a small team so you wear multiple hats and have to compete for limited resources in order to fund projects. People here listen to data-driven arguments, so as long as you build a strong business case you have a good chance to get your project prioritized. - There's more layers to management than you might expect for a startup - Does not match 401k
