Pros

They reward hard work and definitely see the value in people. Very one is friendly and for the most part doesn’t take themselves too seriously.

Cons

Still a lot of grey area in certain areas. Pressure to react quickly to change.

Everything. A really great company who cares about their employees and loves to promote within.

Cons

only thing I can think of is how mundane call center work is in general. It has nothing to do with the company. It's not a surprise going into it anyway.
