      Pros

      Mission Lane has a great corporate culture. They are constantly sending us swag (when remote) and keeping us motivated with contests. Although, I was worked in Collections, it wasn’t so bad when the team is like a family. A lot of opportunities for advancement and excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Very odd that a job described as “Bachelors’s degree preferred” pays less that $18/ hour. Also, the job description was vague regarding the collections aspect. The pay could be better.

      Pros

      There is great energy at Mission Lane! Everyone wants to be a part of building something great and there is a lot of great teamwork. Our employees provide incredible customer service and really care about the cardholders. The culture is unique and we work hard, but we also have a lot of fun. I've lacked confidence and trust in the leadership team at other companies I've worked for, but not here - I'm very impressed with the leadership team.

      Cons

      We are still building out teams and there are lots of changes, but that is also very exciting!
